Ok, so we got in a small bike accident, we just slipped on sand. No big deal. I only have 2 scratches, not too deep. I did the usual thing, where i cleaned the wound with oxygenated water and put betadine on top. Painful but it had to be done. The scratches are drying up no sign of infection, but my ankle and foot are still swelling up. And the pain is horrible at the moment, it feels like tendonitis.
Any idea on how to reduce the swelling?
