Ok....68 Yrs Young...active....history Of High Blood Pressure But On Meds

Ok....68 yrs young...active....history of high blood pressure but on meds which keep it controlled. Walk alot, everyday couple miles. So, for last week I have had heartburn, slight nausea, no appetite, and a pain, sharp pain, every so often on left side of my chest. Hasn't gotten worse, hasn't gotten a whole lot better. I hope it is from doing ALOT of raking and working in yard. Today I had my LifeLine Screening...they did routine sonogram of carotid artery, and in ankles and arm and didn't say I needed immediate attention. Test results will be sent to my doc in approx. 10 days. Should I call my reg MD sooner or wait and see if it gets better, hopefully not worse?
