Okay, About 3 Months Ago, Out Of The Blue, I

Okay, about 3 months ago, out of the blue, I got this feeling of angst, got goose bumps, mostly on one arm (Left) and kind of a light headedness for just a few seconds. No particular pattern. Have went 3 weeks without an incident. Went in and had blood work and the other stuff done, fit as a fiddle. I take no meds. Am not overweight, non smoker, I have an occassional beer, (Stubby) thats it, pretty fit.
