Okay So, I Haven't Been On The Pill For About

Okay so, I haven't been on the pill for about 5 months now, one because my health insurance expired, and two because my boyfriend and I aren't having as much sex as we used to. My period was pretty wonky after coming off the pill, always very light but relatively within the 30 days. I was convinced this was spotting until I got my period yesterday, exactly one month from my last bleed, so it has to be my period, right? But the thing is is that I am consistently bloated, tired, and have frequent urination... What is going on??!
