Over The Last Several Years ,about 6, I've Had About

Over the last several years ,about 6, I've had about 9 trip and fall accidents. I had one today that was work related, after delivering food to a Meals on Wheels client I took a header on some uneven sidewalk, what I tripped on was about 3/4" of concrete. I was sent to an urgicare clinic and then forwarded to regular hospital ER, Troy Beaumont. Both places asked if I had blacked out, I said that that I didn't think as much.
The Beaumont ER Doctor felt that a CC wouldn't be necessary, yet I wonder if I should had that procedure to at least eliminate any neuro problems
