Phyllis Is A 75 Year Old Female With A History

Phyllis is a 75 year old female with a history of stage 4 Non-hodgekins lymphoma. She was treated with chemo and radiation and has been cancer free for several years. She is currently dealing with Parkinsons.
Over the last 3 months, she has begun to have spells for lack of a better term. When she gets one, she begins to shiver severly and cannot warm herself. I cover her with several blankets and a hat. Finally she warms up. Along with the shivers and shakes, she developes a rash in the same area where her cancer was discovered. (Her right upper inside thigh.) She has the same kind of rash inder her chin. with the previous threee episodes the rash was in a smaller area. This time the rash on her leg was more wide spread. She has had severe pain in her back each time, however, there has been no urinary infection. She has not had a fever, except for this last one. 102.2 this afternoon. She has a headache each time, which for her is very . By the next day or two, she is back to herself. The doctors have no idea and really seem to poo-poo it. Can you help me?
