Please, I had an pre and post contrast CT of the abdomen and pelvis with oral baruim.
Every thing came out normal but, there is density in the right parametrium including fluid.

I suffer from belly pain for years since the birth of my daughter, I have wbc in the urine all the time . After urine culture My doc prescribe for me nitrofurantine, but I still have wbc in the urine , belly pain, I feel my pelvic is very heavy+lower back pain+fatigue+chest pain. Please help, what should I do.
