Hello, Just in the last couple of weeks I am waking at night with enough discomfort on my left side that I cannot resume sleeping. I am a back sleeper so it couldn't be the position. The first night it was as though my stomach was falling into my back. ( silly huh?) When I get up and sit in a chair this will go away after 30-45 minutes.
Tonight, just after 3 hrs of sleep I am awake trying to decide what is causing this. It is not a sharp"pain" just a dull ache. This is also creating a small amount of belching, 3-4 times upon awakening. It doesn't bother me during the day at all, just at night. Any suggestions ?
