Should I Be Worried I Have Been Having Sharp Pain

Should I be worried I have been having sharp pain in my left leg on the back part, spasms as well, while driving home from work I was in so much pain, the pain is sparatic , when the sharp pain comes I am almost in tears, it feels like a vein , also heaviness in both legs when I sleep?
