Should I Be Worried As I Typically Get Headaches That

Should I be worried as I typically get headaches that originate (I believe) from poor ergonomics as they always start in the occipital neck region as tightness. I typically get these headaches once/month or everyother month varying from mild to severe headache, but mostly severe tightness in back of neck or sternocleinoid. Today however I have had excessive thirst (which I usually drink 8-10. 20oz waters) so when I say excessive I mean a lot of water consumption and a weird taste of blood in my mouth. Is the mild headache giving me gustatory hallucinations, brain bleeds, sinus infection, etc? I just switched jobs so my insurance doesn't kick in yet so I'm worried of this taste of blood, should I be, what could be causing it? Never had problems health wise as I am 31 years old, except these headaches that come and go, but figured they were tension related/poor ergonomics!!!
