Slipped on porch top step, landed on the last edge of step on lower spine. Upper back, neck, and spine bounced backwards hitting upper steps. I am in severe pain. I have a large,swelled out bruise, a ring of nothing, the outer ring of red spotted ring. Left arm, fingers tingling, odd sensation, and pain down legs. Should I be worried
