So I Have A Few Concerns About My Health, I

So I have a few concerns about my health, i recently went to the er because my throat was hurting so i thought i might have strep throat. They tested me for strep but it came back negative but they said it looks like a bacterial infection so they put me on penicillin 500mg 3 times a day. Even after 3 days of taking the medicine, i only got worse. Now, i have gotten a little better after 5 days of being on antibiotics, but I noticed a hard painful lump on the back right side of my hard palate. It doesn't move, and it hurts really bad. And i also have swollen lynph nodes on my neck. It hurts to swallow and i can't pronounce most of my words because it hurts me so bad. I don't have tonsils, but in the place where they should be is really red and sore and it even hurts to breathe. Should i go back to the er, or just wait it out a few more days? Also idk if this has anything to do with it, but when i was 3 i had Hodgkin's lymphoma, but I've been in remission since i was 4.
