So I suddenly got some symptoms... Hope someone can shed light?

1, complete stop of movement, almost entirely numb. All senses in hand dulled, wrist movement slowed but okay.

2, used other hand to assist movement, feel around and low massage. Hand began movement but took at least one minute to move properly again.

3, continued to promote movement, felt-heard-unsure a metal spring sound (when you push an old mattress spring)

4, hand OK now, tingles. As I move it, it continues to improve. Hand is now like normal.

(Was tingling throughout all of it.
