So I thought I had tonsillitis, and took azithromycin that I had left over. 100 mg first day, 50 the remaining 4 days. I now have very minimal discharge coming from my penis, could it be thrush, my mouth was irritating me so I took the azithromycin thinking it would help a "bacterial infection" now I feel like my body is out of whack and responding weird, I also just became taking sertraline too. What could the discharge be?

I will not be taking a antibiotic again unless it's told to be taken...
