So, I Went To The Hospital Because I Felt Like

So, I went to the hospital because I felt like I had symptoms of a UTI - which it was my first one but I googled symptoms and the doctors told me I was right-
It was a semi-bad UTI and they gave me the antibiotics so I took them. Skipped a day, but went right on track to finishing the bottle. Well, ever since then I'll go to the restroom and my left lower abdomen feels like there's pressure. Sometimes when I lay down, my lower left abdomen will start hurting on and off.
I've been trying to track how frequently I'm going to the restroom, and it's about every hour most days.
But, I'm concerned that it could possibly be another one or it's now turned into kidney stones.
I don't want to self diagnose, but with what I just told you I'm wondering if that sounds like it's still current.
