So A Few Weeks Ago I Twisted My Knee While

So a few weeks ago I twisted my knee while vacuuming and the pain was so bad I couldn't finish. Well about 4 days ago I used the same leg to move a table with a heavy TV on it and every since then I've been in passion noon so, hurts to walk and now it's making my whole leg hurt.. I can't sleep due to the pain, I've done ice, elevated, brace, but it hurts still so bad.. It is on the inner side and I feel some pain on my knee cap..
