Stephen W Klyce, Dagsboro DE 19939 Asking: I Have Pinched

Stephen W Klyce, Dagsboro DE 19939 asking:

I have pinched nerves located L5-S1 through MRI or other videography. The question is 2-part:
1. Is my uncertainty in maintaining balance problem likely to be caused by this blockage?

2. Is my inability to rise up on toes and other immobility of toes, ankles, feet, lower legs which seriously impedes my walking, balancing and related mostly caused by the same pinched nerves?

Note: My DPT person says my lack of connection of the calve muscles to the brain and to the toes and feet is responsible for not having ability to do toe raises; that is, even if I do have some muscle capability in the calves, the brain cannot signal them to do me any good since the signal from brain to calf muscles is blocked by this spinal pinching. Agree?
