I'm introducing food gradually to the diet. Lots of warm liquids. First 3 days no food. What food can we add to the diet to avoid more spasms and trapped wind. Thinking of nutrition. Partner leans toward diarhhea, rarely constipation. Food suggestions for the next few days? Also, doing yoga positions for wind relief... effective.
