Hi, I had a full hystrorectmy five years ago and was placed on estrogen only due to being estrogen positive for breast cancer. I am currently working my way down to gong off completely. I am currently on .33 Permian estrogen. I am starting to have more issues with weight gain, bowel issues, etc. I have changed my diet (adding protein and fiber, drinking more water, and working out 3 days a week. I find myself now starting to take lactives periodically just so I don t feel bloated or full. I am currently eating Fennel seed in the morning and drink a green tea and sometimes dandonlin (no coffee) Not sure what I can add to my diet to make this process smoother. I have been told that some of this would ease once I am off my estrogren. Any insight would be very helpful! Thank you!
