I work in night shift, I go to bed at 9 AM. I wake at 4 PM, after waking up I feel very uneasy, heavynes in my head, drowsyness, feel hungry but can t eat, feel fewerish & irritating. Please let me know how to over come this situation. Is there any home made remedy something like best practice or should I take any medication. ones in 3 week I get to go on night shift.after that week another 3 days i still feel the same. Other wise I am fine & healthy. Thx in advance Satish Kumar
