Suggest Remedy For Chronic Migraine

I am 44 years old, female, height 5 ft 6 in. I suffer from migraine where the trigger factors are sun,long gaps between meals and disturbed sleep as well as stress and emotional strain. What i want to know is whether there is any medication that can prevent this repeated headache?
