Suggest Remedy For Fullness In Ears, Ringing, Vertigo And Swelling On Face

I am a 39 yo relatively healthy woman. For the past few months I've been experiencing severe ear fullness, ringing in ears, mostly on right side, vertigo, dizziness and nausea come and go. Face has started swelling intermittently. I also have lower back pain, tender/pain in neck, and weight gain. I've had a ct scan that I'm awaiting results for but I am very frustrated at the lack of answers. Two rounds of prednisone, no infection present and every over the counter sinus/allergy medicine there is. Nothing seems to help. I'd love some insight!
