Suggest Remedy For Heaviness On Side Of The Head

The last 2 mornings I am waking up with heaviness on the right top side of my head, feels like a magnet is on my head and attracting it to the floor, I am very dizzy and the room spins. I am fine after 10 minutes, then throughout the day I am ok, but if i bend over the room spins. Please let me know what it may be, I want to get a head ct, however my doctor states one is not needed. Thank you
