Suggest Remedy For Itchy, Swollen Vagina With Small Bumps On Clitoris During Pregnancy

I got a gynotran ovule which I inserted into my vagina because I am pregnant and I had extra discharge. A few weeks later I became itchy and when I scratch it gets swollen. When I don t it goes down a little but I realize that there are some small bumps on the clitoris and I have a yellow discharge. It burns and scratches. Help me please. What can I buy to rub on it, like a cream. Please help
