Suggest Remedy For Nostril Block

My baby girl is 3 weeks old and seen yesterday it look like she had her nose block and I am worry. Went to the farmacy and ask for something to clear the block and they recommend sterile mandanol nasal drops. How often I can put that? Is safe for a 3weeks old baby? What can I do if doesn t work?. Thank you
