Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Area Under Left Breast

The area under my left breast- left breath cage has been hurting for more than a week. It is not painful when I breathe. However, it is not comfortable when I sit down, or when I am driving, or when my husband gets close to me. It is not sharp pain, but it bother me. I have taken ibprofin and I iced it for the first couple days. At first, It was swollen when you looked for outside. Now, it is not swollen, but the pain is still there. What should I do? Thanks.
