Suggest Remedy For Pain On Back That Radiated To The Front

Hello, I have a sharp, pulsating pain in my mid back which radiates around my diaphragm, x 3 days. It worsens upon inspiration, or when I bend over. It feels like I have a painful girdle on around my diaphagm. No trauma or recent illness, but I had mono ealier this year. Also I have missed two periods but am not pregnant. 44 yr. old female.
