Suggest Remedy For Persistent Sore Throat, Cough And Pain In Hip While Having Osteoporosis

I have been sick for more than a month: cough, sore throat, pain in left hip radiating down left leg, weight loss without trying, and just received lab result absolute basophil count 0 . I am 66, diabetic, arthritis and osteoporosis -- but this hip/leg pain is new and resolves after I get up and have a bowel movement. I have a weird little hard bump in my genital area. 10 days of twice a day high dose Amoxicillin did not resolve the cough/sore throat sinus infection. I recently had a fibroscan -- no liver cancer but I do have Stage 2-3 fibrosis (successfully completed a Hep C clinical trial in 2001, no trace of the virus since then. My brother, age 79, has some sort of blood disorder similar to leukemia. Chronic but controlled. I also had an abnormal mammogram 2-3 years ago. Just tested negative for TB.
