Suggest Remedy For Rash On Elbow After Using Combipatch

After my lavh 5-13-14, I had severe hot flashes/total meltdowns, body on fire every hour of the day for 4 months. Bio identical hrt creams did nothing. Finally got on combipatch. No more hot flashes but had a rash that started on my elbow (rash began before patch). It spread to my torso then arms & legs. Now it's on my scalp. It feels like its nerve related. When I scratch it doesn't relieve the itch and it almost hurts. It's a deep itch, hard to explain. I feel like a guinny pig, the dermatologist has tried everything: triamcinolone, fluocinonide, doxepin.gluten free diet. Nothing works. Ive always had oily skin but now I'm extremely dry. I feel like the extreme hot flashes probably did a number on my skin and it's having to recover.
