Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Body And Chest After A Fall On The Ice

Hi, I had a fall on the ice earlier and have been in pain all day. Neck, shoulder, arm, elbow, wrist - painful and week. After work I returned home and had strong pressure on my chest. (I have a heart stent) I believe the fall just left me bruised, but it hurts more now then it did earlier. Can the pain in my arm, etc., cause the chest pain as well.
