Suggest Remedy For Stingy Lumps Causing Blockage In Nose

On my left side nose every other week I ll feel something blocking the way when I can feel it but can t pull it out so I blow until it comes out . It s really dark, stink, big, hard and bumpy on one side , green and slimy on other side , still in shape of nose cavity and it keeps coming back same shape and size
