Suggest Remedy For Swelling On Ankles And Knees

Hi, I have had extreme selling in ankles, knees etc . Can t bend them to walk. Also, heat, burning, stabbing pains under feet. And now intense pain on left thigh , like a large area feels like it is on fire. Also itchy all over body , no rash. And eyes with pus and sinus type symptoms . Can all this be related somehow or separate issues . Please help. Thank you
