Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Fever, Loose Motions And Vomiting

Hi Doctor, My doter is 2 years old is suffering from fever with 103 F, cofe and cold from last 3 days we used FEPANIL-250 LIQUID BACTOLAV DRY SYRUP ,ALKOF, ALERID and from yesterday after noon she is going loose motions and in night she vomited two times.
