Suggest Treatment For Constipation In A Patient With Thyroid Disorder

Hi Doctor, I am on Oroxin 100mcg (thyroid under), Vytoryn 10/10 for cholesterol, Actonel 1tablet/month, Calcium 1200mg/day, VitaminD 1800IU/day. I am very constipated every day, I am just suffer to go to the toilet. Please help me what to do? I am taking more natural fibre in my diet, but not helping at all. I eat healthy, vegi's,fruits,fish,lagumes, nuts, no fat, no junk food at all. No sugar, no cakes! 2 coffees /day. I am taking Magnezium, Vitamin c, Multivitamin, Selenium nearly every day.
