Suggest Treatment For Depression, Extreme Mood Swings And Temper

HI, My name is Sheila Vienup, I have problems with my depression, and temper. When I have a problem that I have no control I go crazy. to the point my grand daughter is afraid of me. I am mean throw things break even my laptop, is cracked because I threw it down. But the worse is because my grand daughter is here.
