Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

I was DX ed at 37 with AS, 12 years later fibromyalgia and approx 4years ago with RRMS. I TESTED POSITIVE FOR HLA-B27,at 37. I m now 61, my question is this; has there been any reports(besides the one my Neuro found) in corollation between these human leukosite antigens in the new studies on HLA-B15 or any other HLA Studies, that have been recorded,or looked into!
