Suggest Treatment For Having Proteus Mirabilis In Stool

Hello, My 8-year-old son has enlarged lymphnodes on each side of his neck; he has poor stamina, tires easily, poor appetite, stomach pains upon eating larger meals, sometimes lower abdominal pain, frequent recurring colds , sometimes complains of sharp pain in heart area. In the morning his temperature is too low and it is hard to get going . Twice in 8 months, his throat culture lab results came positive with streptococcus pneumonaie. 24-hour EKG shows abnormally increased pulse and especially upon exertion. Recent stool test shows proteus mirabillis .
