Suggest Treatment For Headaches

hi doctor, i am having severe headache, if i try to sleep this headache increases. This has started for last sunday only, that day i slept for full day as there was not much work to do in the night when i again tried to sleep, headache started, and when i applied some balm it stopped and i could sleep, but today again i am feeling same headache
