Suggest Treatment For High Body Temperature, Tightness In Throat And Chest

Hi, I was wondering if this is serious or not. Knowing me, I m probably over reacting. But for a while now I ve been REALLY hot. And I mean HOT. It s redicilous. ITS WINTER. I shouldn t be hot, I should be cold. Anyways, it s not just that, sometimes when I eat my throat feels tight, and so does my chest. And it doesn t go away for a couple of hours. Also I have a tumor on my side. It not cancerous, at least that s what the doctor said, but just thought you should know, and if you can give me some advice as what to do.
