Suggest Treatment For Lethargy And Pain In Muscles

I have been experiencing some symptoms I am worried about. Any time I exert myself in the littlest way for example walking up stairs, doing groceries, even as simple as folding laundry, I get physically weak, my muscles hurt, and I feel faint. In recently went for an EKG and it came back normal.
Can u help me or give me suggestions pls
