Suggest Treatment For Lump On Back Of Neck

I discovered a lump on the back of my neck towards the left of the middle of my neck yesterday. It is in the hairline, is not painful, unless touched recurrently, and is not inflamed, or discolored. This morning I discovered a second lump right next the first one. It is slightly smaller, and has the same distinctions. I m wondering if I need to get this checked out, or should I wait it out?
