Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats Along With Intermittent Pain In Pelvic Area

Hi. I have been experiencing night sweats for the past several days. I also started to have cramping/intermittent pain in my pelvic area - primarily on the right side. My menstrual period is due to begin in the next few days, so I assume it is not ovulation pain. I took a home pregnancy test this morning, but the results were negative. I am a 40-year-old African-American female with a history of fibroids. I had a myomectomy 9 years ago, but my surgeon was not able to remove one of the tumors. I should also mention that I just visited a chiropractor last week for back pain and the doctor did several adjustments, noticing that I had some imbalance originating from the pelvis. I did experience some soreness a few days after my visit, but the pelvic pain just began this morning. Should I consult my OB-GYN?
