Suggest Treatment For Nummular Dermatitis

Good Morning Im Albert, 23 years of age, i ve been suffering from nummular dermatitis for almost 3 years. Im taking Co-aleva, if I stop taking it, the rashes and itchiness comes back. I ve been taking it for almost 3 years. Co-aleva contains Ebastine and Betamethasone. From what i ve read, nummular dermatitis is still uncurable. Im asking for your help to know what are the proper treatments and medicine to take. I noticed that the Co- aleva is now less effective than before. Begging for your help. Thank you very much. Albert
