Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Fibromyalgia

I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Things seem to be getting worse. The pain is getting bad, and for many years, I have had scalp sores, that drive me crazy that nothing will help, I also cannot go into the sun. I am also always tired, plus alot of other issues. The things that worry me is it's getting worse. Should I be tested for Lupus?
