Suggest Treatment For Pain Underneath Rib Cage

I have horrible pains underneath my right rib cage, and have had a hard lump that moves in and out of my rib cage, I have had diarrhea and constipation, cramping, bloody stools twice, constant urinating (UTI a month ago, and still feels like I have one coming on everyday) that has been going on for months now, I haven't had any energy whatsoever to do anything. I have had a colonoscopy, endoscopy a few days ago (they did three biopsys with that still awaiting the results), my esophagus hardly has any lining on it, lots of bile in my stomach. I had a liver function blood test that came back abnormal they have told me I have high bilirubin levels. I have had CT's, MRIs, Ultra sounds, numerous blood tests, and no one seems to be able to figure anything out. I just can't live like this anymore, I have a 2 year old who should have his mother playing around with him not laying in bed in pain all day. PLEASE does anyone have any ideas.. something has to give!!
