Suggest Treatment For Painful Cramps And Heavy Bleedings

Hi I'm 41 yrs. Old, I get painful cramps and heavy bleeding that could soak atleast 3 baby diapers a day.. I went to my O. B. gyn and had my US . the result says abnormalities noted. The left ovaries cystic, unilocular, anechoic

Diagnosis :enlarged anteverted uterus with thin proleferative endometrium. Endometrial thickness =05 cm myoma as described. Unremarkable right ovary. Cystic left ovary probably physiologic.
My doctor is not available today. Could you please help me, I will appreciate whatever advice you could give me. Thank you.
