Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headaches, Blurry Vision With Spasms In Neck

My son saw was referred to an ophthalmologist, by an optometrist, because: since he was a child he s complained of headaches but everything always checked out fine, now, at 23, the headaches are worse, causing blurred vision, he sees spots, and gets muscle spasms in his neck, and is sensitive to light.. There is family history of leg cramps and epilepsy.
