Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headaches

I m a 43 year old female. I developed a daily headache three weeks ago. Feels like pressure in my head constantly. I have no history of migraines. History of headache with PMS, but only for a day or so. I have some neck tension, but nothing to warrant this constant pain in my head. Tylenol and Ibuprofen do not relieve the pain, or even take the edge off. I have no other health problems aside from PCOS. I start birth control two weeks before the headaches developed. I have stopped it, and the headaches persists. Only other variable is that I started yoga three times a week, but stopped last week due to the intensity of pain. I m not sure what direction to take in regards to treatment: neurologist. muscoskeletal or Chiro, vision, OBGY for hormones.
