Suggest Treatment For Pneumonia Leading To Chest Pain And Breathlessness

I was diagnosed with bronchitis two weeks ago at the Fastercare. A week later, I passed out in the bathroom shower and hit my head. I ended up at the ER. They did blood work, chest x-ray and cat scan of head and neck. They gave me some IV fluid, as they said I was dehydrated. They also told me that I had pneumonia. I finished my antibiotic and steroid. I have, for the past three days, experienced much excessive mucous, to where it is hard to keep food down and feels painful in my chest when I breath and as if something is stuck in my throat. What can be the cause of this and what should I do?
