Suggest Treatment For Seborrheic Keratoses On Chest, Acne And Oily Skin

Although I am a 72 year old female, I have been hirsute all my life on my legs, and arms. I had very irregular periods until I had a hysterectomy for fibroids twenty years ago. I have had acne and still do to some extent, extremely oily skin, problems with sebaceous cysts, and seborrhea keratosis which produces large brown areas on my chest. I am not overweight, nor am I mentally retarded in any way. I do have an underactive thyroid and take synthroid for that. At my age should I let well enough alone, or should I continue to search for answers about the skin issues of excessive hair and oil? B Ann
